Hi families! I hope you all had a nice and relaxing spring break. 


Lansing Parent Note: Here is a note regarding the Lansing field trip. If you signed up to send in snacks, please send them in by April 11th.  If you volunteered to chaperone, please make sure you have filled out this volunteer consent form.  Also, there is an $8 fee for the museum for chaperones. Please send this in as soon as possible. 


Testing schedule: Testing is coming up! Here are the following days for testing. Please try to avoid scheduling appointments during the mornings on these days. 


M-Step ELA: April 17th and 18th 

M-Step Math: April 22nd and 23rd

NWEA ELA: May 7th and 8th

NWEA Math: May 14th and 16th


Classroom needs: We are in need of paper towels, Clorox wipes, and Kleenex. If you are able to send any of these in, that would be greatly appreciated. 



This Week: 

Monday: PE

Tuesday: Art

Wednesday: NO LATE START 

Thursday: Media Center

Friday: Music 


Upcoming Dates: 

School Resumes: April 8th 

Lansing field trip: April 15th

4th grade music performance: April 24th 

Sarett Nature Center field trip: May 3rd

  Hi families!  Thank you to everyone who sent in snacks for our trip and necessities for our classroom!   Here are some reminders for our trip to Lansing tomorrow:  All students and chaperones meet us in the classroom at  7:15 AM. We will leave promptly at 7:30 AM.  Everyone needs to bring their own lunch and drink for the day.  Kids are allowed to bring one electronic device. Students may also want to bring a bag that they will be comfortable carrying around all day.  We will be walking all day, so wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. We will collect the kids' field trip t-shirts at the end of the day.  We should arrive back to the school around 5:00-5:15. Please pick your student up at the front of the school.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are looking forward to this memorable trip!
