Hi families! 


Most students were able to finish all of their NWEA last week. We will continue on Wednesday for anyone who needs to finish due to absences. We will use these new scores to start building new goals for the rest of the year. 


Math: Last week, we finished Lessons 1-4 of Unit 5. This week we will be doing Lessons 5-9. Additional practice using IXL Textbook will be extremely beneficial for students who are having a hard time with this. 

Shoes & Boots: Due to the mud and wet conditions, students need to bring boots and a pair of shoes to school to change into after recess. An extra pair of socks and gloves would also be helpful! All snow & cold weather gear is essential every day. Thanks for your help with this!



Kindness Party: Our Kindness Party will be on Wednesday, February 14th, from 2:00-3:00. Parents are welcome to join us! Here is a link to the sign up if you are able to send anything in. Thank you so much!

  Hi families!  Thank you to everyone who sent in snacks for our trip and necessities for our classroom!   Here are some reminders for our trip to Lansing tomorrow:  All students and chaperones meet us in the classroom at  7:15 AM. We will leave promptly at 7:30 AM.  Everyone needs to bring their own lunch and drink for the day.  Kids are allowed to bring one electronic device. Students may also want to bring a bag that they will be comfortable carrying around all day.  We will be walking all day, so wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. We will collect the kids' field trip t-shirts at the end of the day.  We should arrive back to the school around 5:00-5:15. Please pick your student up at the front of the school.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are looking forward to this memorable trip!
