Hi families!

As the weather starts to take a turn during the winter months, I want to kindly remind everyone to ensure that your children are dressed appropriately. It's essential that they wear warm layers, including jackets, hats, and gloves to stay comfortable and protected during these colder days. The weather is changing so it might be helpful to have your child keep an extra pair of shoes, books, and pants. Our playground gets really muddy. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention in this matter. Have a great week!

Holiday Party: Our Holiday party will be on December 22nd, from 2:00-3:00. You are welcome to join us, but it will be much more relaxed than the party before. Students will be watching a movie and enjoying some hot chocolate and treats :) I will be sending a sign up sheet by the end of the week if you are able to contribute. Thank you!

Math: Last week, we completed Unit 4/lessons 2 - 6. This week, we will be working on unit 4/lessons 7 - 11. Extra practice at home using the IXL textbook will be helpful to reinforce these essential standards, especially for those who struggle.

Please remember to send your student in with a snack, warm clothes, and a water bottle.

This Week:

Monday: PE
Tuesday: Art
Wednesday: Late Start/ No special
Thursday: Media Center
Friday: Music

We will leave promptly at 7:30 AM.  Everyone needs to bring their own lunch and drink for the day.  Kids are allowed to bring one electronic device. Students may also want to bring a bag that they will be comfortable carrying around all day.  We will be walking all day, so wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. We will collect the kids' field trip t-shirts at the end of the day.  We should arrive back to the school around 5:00-5:15. Please pick your student up at the front of the school.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are looking forward to this memorable trip! We will begin M Step testing on Wednesday this week, and Tuesday next week. We will test ...
